This apartment has a large terrace/patio (30m2) and a balcony (5m2) which enable you to enjoy the magnificent scenery while you are heaving a meal or are just relaxing.

The rooms are bright and spacious, each one with the sea-view. In the living room (20m2), with three windows and a stunning view towards the island Lokrum and the sea, there is a dining table for 6 persons and a comfortable sitting area where you can watch satellite-TV or DVD. Both bedrooms have a wonderful view towards the sea and The Old Town. The larger bedroom (19m2) has three windows while the smaller bedroom (16m2) has one window and the exit to the balcony.

From the fully equipped kitchen there is the exit to the terrace/patio.

All rooms, including kitchen, are equipped with air-conditioning and central heating.

There are two modern bathrooms, each one with shower and toilet.

The Dalmatia region

The apartment is situated in Ploce district, some 300 m southeast of Dubrovnik´s Old Town. There you can find historical buildings, museums and entrances to the city-walls. You can also visit many restaurants, cafés, bars and pubs. In The Old Town you will find post office, several banks, various shops and a fruit and vegetables market.

From The Old Town´s harbour you can take ferryboats to neighbouring places and islands.

Dubrovnik

The Ploce district is a residential area where villas and gardens are situated on the slopes of the coastal mountains. The streets going up from the sea, including our street, are mostly steps. Within 250 m from the apartment there are nice valking areas along the coast, a few more restaurants, supermarkets, newspaper stand (foreign newspapers), local bus station, rent-a-car agencies, an art gallery as well as luxury hotels Excelsior, Argentina and Villa Dubrovnik.
