Holiday home Mila (75 m2) is located in a small village called Zaton Veliki close to the sea and yet in a very quiet neighborhood.
In 2 bedrooms with king-size beds it accommodates 4 guests.
House is ideal for 4 people but it has a sofa in the living room which can be turned into a bed to accommodate 2 additional guests. If necessary, baby cot and extra bed can be provided also.
By car it will take you only 10 minutes to get to Dubrovnik and you can also take one of the numerous buses (there is a regular local bus line every hour).
The bay has several beautiful beaches that are in walking distance from the house.
The house itself consists of 3 floors and outside ground floor.
1st floor has an entrance hall, air conditioned living room (with new comfortable sofa where 2 person can sleep) with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet.
2nd and 3rd floor each has air conditioned bedroom (king-size beds for 2 people) and bathroom with toilet.
There is a terrace on ground and 1st floor. One on the ground floor is very cozy and serves as a second dining room with a table for 6. Terrace on a 1st floor is more like a living room - great for evening chats and relaxation overlooking the bay of Zaton.
There are also balconies on 2nd and 3rd floor with nice view on Zaton bay.
Stairs for upper floors are outside of the house so that you have maximum privacy and peace.
One of the advantages of House Mila is that owners do not live in the house and it is not shared with other guests. So, those who book the house, there is just for yourself.
As your host I will be at your disposal during your stay. I know the region pretty well and it will be my pleasure to give my recommendations for beaches, restaurants, bars, sight seeings and other places of interestsight seeings.
I hope you will feel in my house like it is yours. Everything is on your dissposal!
For my guests I can arrange transfer from the airport.
If you want, I can organize excursions to Split, Montenegro, sanctuary Međugorje, day cruise, big game fishing, diving, lunches and dinners in special places, buying local products (cheese, ham, olive oil, honey, wine, jams ...)
