Located in one of Dubrovnik old town's buildings, our newly-renovated, air-conditioned, two bedroom apartments are within short walking distance from Dubrovnik's main attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet side street to ensure a restful stay. Fell the unique atmosphere of old town Dubrovnik, we are dedicated at providing the best possible level of service to ensure that your visit to Dubrovnik will be a memorable one.The apartments are just several minutes' walk from Dubrovnik old town's harbor and Stradun, the main street. The nearest sand and pebble beach is just a 10 minute stroll away through Dubrovnik's charming, pedestrian streets.

Explore cozy restaurants and cafes set in the charming, pedestrian walkways and squares of the famous old town Dubrovnik. There are many banks and cash points within the old town, as well as a main post office. The colorful food market and other supermarkets are also located in the vicinity.

We offer our dear guests a two bedroom apartment for rent. The apartment is located on the bottom and first floor, completely furnished and tastefully decorated.

The apartment benefits from air conditioning/heating and internet access. The apartment has its own entrance to ensure full privacy for our guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Srdan (the owner) a message.

If Srdan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
