A beautifully presented three bedroom, two bathroom apartment in a select area of Dubrovnik, just above the Old Town. Stunning views of the entire eastern side of the city and Lokrum Island. Only a ten minute walk to the beach. Swimming pool, terrace, BBQ area, Wi-Fi and full air-conditioning. Sleeps 6-8.

Living areas

There is a large and spacious open plan dining, kitchen and living area. The dining table seats 6 people. The apartment has an additional room with a desk and double sofa bed which can accommodate the 2 extra persons. The living room has a large comfortable L-shaped sofa, coffee table, satellite TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi system.

The kitchen is modern and newly fitted with white cupboards, work tops and a breakfast bar. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron/ ironing board, oven, microwave, stove, hood and all cutlery, plates and glassware are provided. Beautiful views can be enjoyed from the spacious terrace. There are plenty of comfortable cushioned chairs and sun loungers for taking in the breath taking views. The outdoor dining area seats 8 people and next to the BBQ area.

Apartment Liberty 2 is a brand new and luxurious apartment in a calm residential neighbourhood in the heart of Dubrovnik. It is walking distance from the Old Town and the beach is less than a 10 minute walk away. However the walk back to the apartment can take slightly longer because of the stairs. The most outstanding sea views can be admired from the terrace and an apartment or villa with a pool so close to the Old Town is very hard to come by.

Dubrovnik

Small boats can be hired from the main coastal towns and resorts. The coastline and inshore islands are ideal for exploring by small boat. To hire a motor boat you will require an appropriate licence or you will need to hire a skipper.
