Description

Our stylish apartment is several steps away from the Adriatic, next to a gorgeous “Lungomare” walkway, leading you to the most beautiful beaches and hidden coves Dubrovnik has to offer. The nearest beach is literally 5 minutes away. Lapad peninsula is famous for his green areas, parks, promenade and most beautiful beaches. Lapad peninsula is located just 3 km away from UNESCO’s old city Dubrovnik.

Recently remodeled modern-style apartment has balcony and a gorgeous view overlooking the sea. It has two bedrooms and can accept up to 4 persons. Apartment has superb oak wood flooring, Italian ceramics, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine) and large bathroom, along with air conditioning. It is equipped with full HD smart TV with over than 80 satellite programs, DVD player, home theatre 5.1 surround system, so you can maximally enjoy movies and TV shows. And of course really good internet connection.

Apartment has all necesarry appliances for long and comfortable stay.

Guests will be provided with terrace under the veranda surrounded by beautiful flowers and mediterranean plants. Guests also have at their disposal bbq smoke house, furniture and deck chair. Smoking is allowed only on terrace and balcony. (Terrace is shared with another apartment)

Supermarkets, shopping centers, post office, bank, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, tennis courts, beaches, water park, pleasure ground are all literally within a 5-minute walking distance from the apartment. Bus station for old town is also 5 min from apartment, bus no 6 goes to the old town every 10 min and ride with bus lasts 10-15 min.

On your request we can arrange transfer from airport to apartment. One car parking spot is included.

I will provide my guests with the best possible treatment. I will be at their disposal during anytime of the day. My apartment is located only a few minutes away, so if my guests ever get locked out, or need any help possible, I can assure them I will be available to them during every moment of their stay !

“Excellent apartment in an excellent location”

This apartment is in an excellent location with wonderful views overlooking the harbour. It is within short walking distance of beautiful beaches & restaurants & a short bus ride to the "old town". Vilim is a very special & attentive friendly host. The best I have ever met. The apartment is contemporary, clinically clean & equipped for every need. We can give this apartment 5 star recommendation. Jim & Aisling Quinlan.

Everything that everyone has written about this place is true. Vilim is there to greet you on arrival at the apartment, fill you in on everything you need or want to know, give you a quick guided tour of the area and, we are sure, if you needed anything else during the week, he will always on hand and ready to help. It really is as described (both in the property details and reviews) and is highly recommended!!! Many thanks Vilim!!!

“Great apartment in a fabulous location”

We loved meeting Vilim and staying in his family apartment. The location is excellent watching the cruise ships and superyachts come and go and its a very easy walk along the water to a number of beaches. There are really good local restaurants and its just 10 minutes on the bus to the Old City so we really felt we had the bet of everything! Vilim is a great host - he is energetic and very friendly and helped orientate us to our surroundings and was always on hand if needed.

How do damage deposits work?
