Konavle, a beautiful green area on the South of Croatia is reminiscent of Tuscany with its rolling green hills. This property is in the old village Dubravka in Konavle on a very green quiet and unspoilt location only a 10 km away from coast and beach.
Beautiful environment will leave you breathless and comfort that you will have in this villa will give you best holiday you have ever had.
Three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living and dining area and lot of details from history will make you feel like you are in some other time.
Villa has its private pool with sunbeds and umbrellas in garden with Mediterranean plants and trees where you can freely eat fresh fruits from it.
Welcome pack with bottle of local vine , bottle of water, ham and cheese and fresh fruit is included in accommodation price.
Sokol castle, a historical monument from 14th century , is only 2 km away from property.
Also, there are great opportunities for short excursions like Montenegro, Cavtat, Dubrovnik, Međugorje or Elaphiti islands.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
