The first bedroom has a 5'' luxury Respa bed and the second has two Venetian single beds, all with memory foam mattresses, high quality egyptian cotton bed linen, Christy towels, black-out blinds and wardrobes. There is a sofa bed in the living room for a fifth guest. For extra comfort, the living room is also fitted with black-out blinds and a separate closet space off the hallway. Access to the kitchen and bathroom, are independent of the living room, making it an ideal option if you wish to use the sofa bed undisturbed.

The apartment is situated in the St Stephen's Green / Grafton St area of Dublin, the main shopping thoroughfare, with the best restaurants, bars and possibly the best city park in Ireland!

Considering its busy location, the apartment is very quiet on account of it being on the 4th floor with double glazed windows. It falls between South George's Street on the right, which, is part of Dublin's Creative Quarter, filled with lots of cool cafes, restaurants and boutiques and Wexford Street, to it's left - Bohemian in style, with great food and live music venues. Grafton Street, Dublin's main shopping thoroughfare is only a 5 minute walk, while St Stephen’s Green is 200 metres away - this has to be one of Dublin's finest city parks and a beautiful place to have a picnic or if you’re feeling more energetic, take a an early morning jog! Grafton Street, Trinity College, Christchurch Cathedral and Grafton Street are all 5-15 minutes walk away.

Check-in time is strictly between 2pm-8pm, with check out at 11am. If you would like an early/ late check in/out, an additional fee of €50 applies. However, I cannot guarantee this service!

This a residential building so please be considerate towards our lovely neighbours - this includes the usual etiquette but particularly noise, especially in common areas (entrance, stairs, hallway etc) between 10pm-8am.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
