This first floor apartment accessed lift or stairs overlooks beautiful, mature, landscaped gardens. An ideal place to relax after a days sight seeing, shopping or work. It has a designated, covered car space useful if you have a car to explore the surrounding coast with its long beaches or the mountains close by. It offers private access to the Milltown station of Luas train from where it is a short run to the city centre. Shopping(supermarket and cafe/deli five minutes away), restaurants, sports and childcare facilities are close by. The accommodation is spacious with two large double bedrooms, one en suite. The guest bathroom has a bath. The large living room has a floor to ceiling window opening onto a balcony which overlooks the gardens. The dining area is located beside the fully fitted, modern kitchen which is fitted with dishwasher, washing/dryer, fridge/ freezer, microwave and coffee machine. The hall has a large, self contained, shelved storage area.
