At the heart of Dubai Marina, our modern & stylishly furnished studio apt. is just a 5 min walk to the white sand of Jumeirah beach & the many shops & restaurants along 'The Walk'. With sea & marina views this fully licensed apt. is a perfect retreat
Situated on the 16th floor of a modern tower block, our fully air-conditioned studio apartment boasts views towards the sea & Dubai Marina with its luxury yachts, boats and striking buildings. Guests benefit from access to the building's several pools, Jacuzzi and gym, as well as the friendly concierge, on hand to help with any questions or requirements.
The open-plan apartment (with separate bathroom) is approximately 40 sq. meters / 430 sq. feet in size and comes fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, cooker with halogen hob, microwave, washing machine, cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery.
* New for 2018 - We now have a Nespresso coffee machine, so feel free to bring (or purchase locally) your favorite pods (a few pods will be left for you to get you started).
There is also a stylish glass dining table with two stools, sofa bed, large flat-screen TV, Bluetooth speaker system and DVD player.
With one large bed the apartment is ideal for two people, but can sleep a 3rd person (ideally a child) on the sofa bed. We provide all bed linen, bath and pool towels.
The private balcony is a great spot to sit and soak in the afternoon sun, or watch life go by with a morning coffee / evening drink.
Free WiFi & local calls are included, as is the use of all the great onsite facilities of the complex (including free WiFi by the pool!).
If required, guests have free use of onsite underground parking in a dedicated parking bay.
Guests will have full access to the facilities within the residence including:
- Great (temperature controlled) outdoor pool, separate children's pool, large sun deck & jacuzzi
- Fully equipped gym, plus a sauna & steam room (as if it's not hot enough!)
The apartment building, Bay Central Residence, is situated on the water's edge on the most central plot of Dubai Marina, opposite the Marina Mall and near the Dubai Marina Yacht Club.
There is a supermarket at the base of the building called 'Zoom' which is open 24/7. They offer a delivery service to the apartment and also deliver refreshments to the pool area (including Starbucks, hot and cold snacks/drinks, ice cream, custom sandwiches etc). You can call Zoom from pool side and they will deliver direct to your sun lounger :-)
There are also several other supermarkets (including Carrefour and Waitrose) under 10 minutes walk from the apartment building.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
The standard check-in time is from 1400hrs and check-out is before 1100hrs.
If schedules allow and with prior arrangement, check-ins and check-outs can be completed anytime day or night - Please check before booking, as this is dependent upon other guests schedules and will incur a small charge.
Our minimum booking period is normally 4 nights, but where we have a smaller number of nights available between bookings we can offer stays of less than 4 nights.

In accordance with Dubai Government's Decree No. (17) of 2013, guests staying at hotels & holiday homes will be charged the “Tourism Dirham" fee for each night of occupancy.
The Tourism Dirham fee for my apartment, as set by by the Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing (DTCM), is 10 AED per night.
This fee is to be collected from you at time of check-in, so please ensure you have the appropriate amount of local currency to pay this charge.

To ensure the comfort of all future guests and maintain the apartments current 5* condition, smoking is not permitted inside this property. If you wish to smoke I'd request you restrict this to the balcony only, with the door closed.
To comply with DTCM regulations (for administration of the tourist Dihram) and building management procedures, a clear copy/scan of each guests passport is required at least 7 days prior to your arrival.

Chris' apartment was great and Chris always answered all our questions quickly ! We enjoyed being 5-minute-walk from the beach, going to the swimming pool of the building, the great local area in the Dubai Marina (New Dubai), the functionality of the flat, the balcony with the beautiful view of the beach ... Everything was perfect, I would highly recommend it to anybody who'd like to go to Dubai.

The studio is a perfect combination of a condo and a hotel room. It is absolutely perfect. The studio is new, all appliances are new, the balcony has a wonderful view at the beach and the bay. It is a walking distance from the beach. One block from the Hilton Hotel near the Walk with all shops and restaurants. The check in went smooth, the concierge is very welcome and cooperative. The condo owner is super attentive and prompt. It made our stay very relaxing. I would highly recommend this place. Dubai has everything that you can imaging and it is the best in the World.

“Fabulous apartment, excellent location, first class host”
We visited between Xmas and New Year,great apartment, location is walking distance to JBR where we saw fireworks and we're home minutes later, also short taxi ride from most Dubai tourist spots. Balcony has stunning view of beach one way and marina the other. From the time we booked until we got home Chris was fantastic to deal with, quick to respond to any questions we had and great help with sightseeing tips/transport questions. Would absolutely recommend Chris and his apartment, we are saving for our next trip to Dubai and back to Chris's place hopefully ☺

“Great apartment in a pefect location”
The apartment was as lovely as it looked in the pictures. Although it is a studio, it was a great size for 2/3 people sharing. The location of the apartment is amazing, only a few minutes walk to the Walk at JBR where there are lots of lovely restaurants/cafes and the beach. The apartment is located on the marina and is also only a ten minute walk to Marina Mall which has more shops and restaurants, including a big Waitrose. The pool for the apartment block is lovely and it was very quiet. I would definitely stay in the this apartment again the next time I am in Dubai and so would my sister who stayed with me. Brilliant apartment for exploring all Dubai has to offer.

“Gorgeous apartment lovely area”
We stayed at The apartment for 5 days. Erika was friendly and professional. The apartment was a block away from stunning beach and restaurant area called The Walk. Best area in Dubai for a real holiday. The apartment is spacious, modern and well equipped. Supermarket in the basement of the building. The apartment is situated next to the intercontinental hotel. We loved it and will definitely stay there again when visiting Dubai. Thanks Chris and Erika
I stayed at this apartment in June 2015. I had originally booked a night later than I was due to arrive in Dubai but the owner and his team very kindly and efficiently changed their dates so I could check in a day earlier. The apartment itself is in an ideal location, right on the Dubai marina and a very short walk away from the main beach area and nice restaurants. Everything you need is provided for, beach umbrella, iron, beach/pool towels which is very handy. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that is looking for somewhere to stay in the Dubai marina area.
“Fabulous Dubai pied a terre”
This apartment is just lovely with a balcony over looking the beach and a communal swimming pool! The owner is very friendly and extremely helpful, he sent us information on local restaurants, interesting sights to see and even told us the shop in front delivered groceries (comes very handy if you don't want to carry bottles of water). The beach is across the street and has many restaurants and shops which makes this place a great location to stay in. I will definitely be staying here again!

Just a great experience from start to finish. The house rules and directions were succinct and precise. The meet and greet at the apartment was perfect, left nothing to question. The space itself was very modern, clean, and contained some top notch furnishing. Balcony was great with a great view. Basically no complaints.
