Situated on the 27th floor of a modern tower block, our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment boasts spectacular views of the Dubai Marina with its luxury yachts, boats and striking buildings. Guests benefit from access to the building's several pools, Jacuzzi and gym, as well as the friendly concierge, on hand to help with any questions or requirements.

Inside, the open-plan kitchen and living area is perfect for dining and socializing and comes fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, cooker with halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and washing machine with tumble dryer. The living area offers a wooden table and chairs for up to 8 diners, and lounge area with leather sofa, coffee table, large flat-screen TV, iPod dock and DVD player. The balcony, adjacent to the lounge area, is a great spot to sit and watch the boats below with a morning coffee or evening drink. With 4 bedrooms, the apartment is ideal for groups or families and can sleep up to 8 guests. The master bedroom offers an en suite bathroom and dressing table. There is also a bedroom with king size bed and private balcony, a bedroom with twin beds, and another bedroom with a single bed and en suite shower room. There is also a folding bed for an extra guest. We provide all bed linen, bath and pool towels.

The apartment building, Bay Central Residence, is situated on the water's edge in the most central plot of the Dubai Marina, opposite the Marina Mall and near the Dubai Marina Yacht Club. Dubai Marina is the most popular neighbourhood of Dubai with many things to do and see. Guests are surrounded by a multitude of luxury hotels, restaurants, cafes, shops, cinemas and spas. The white-sand Jumeirah beach is just a 3-minute walk away, where you can swim or sunbathe, or stroll along the exclusive shopping and dining promenade 'The Walk' with its many indoor and outdoor restaurants and designer shops.

A variety of activities and attractions are easily accesible by car or public transport from the apartment, including the Montgomerie Golf Club (5 minutes), Aquaventure waterpark (10 minutes), the Wild Wadi water park (10 minutes), and Dubai Creek (25 minutes). There is a supermarket and pharmacy directly opposite the apartment building which is open 24 hours, 7 days a week, and offers a delivery service.

Dubai Tourist Dirham Fee

In accordance to Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guest houses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the “Tourism Dirham Fee" for each night of occupancy of a room at a Hotel Establishment. The full tourist tax of 40.00 AED (12.00 USD) is already included into the nightly rate. We are fully licensed by Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sandra (the owner) a message.

If Sandra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
