From the owner

Parc y Brenin is one of only a few remaining real traditional welsh cottages remaining in Wales. You will be mesmerised by its charm upon entering the cottage. It has been renovated to a very high standard, but has not lost its quaintness. The original inglenook fireplace with a wood burning stove and exposed beams are just a few of its rich charms. Logs are provided and you will be welcomed with a Welsh Tea Tray and fresh flowers on your arrival.

The cottage has its own enclosed beautiful garden full of cottage garden flowers. There is seating at the front of the cottage to enjoy the garden at you leisure.

Tea towels and a small hand towel is provided in the kitchen, and customers must bring their own bathing towels. Up to two dogs are allowed on request and a small charge of £10 each.

The accommodation is on two floors. On entering the cottage you have a beamed hall way, with painted wood walls, giving you a sense of warmth, in your fist steps into the cottage. You will find a gallery kitchen and bathroom, stocked with electrical appliances and a fully equipped kitchen for all you culinary needs. This then leads you through to the Bathroom. The Dining room has an oak table and chairs with a bookshelf full of reading material. The lounge is very cosy and comfortably furnished. The main feature being an inglenook fireplace with a wood burning stove, which lends itself to romantic evenings in with a chilled glass of wine and looking into a roaring fire. Upstairs you will find 2 A framed beamed bedrooms. One double bed in one room, leading directly into 2 single beds in the second. Your first step into this cosy and charming cottage will make this the perfect place to get away from it all.

The cottage has its own secured private garden, with outside table and chairs. The garden is full of cottage garden flowers and is surrounded by a painted picket fence. Parking is on the private driveway in front of the cottage.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jasmine (the owner) a message.

If Jasmine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
