<p>The tranquil position of this cottage makes it an ideal choice for those seeking a rural retreat that’s within easy reach of some of the Peak District’s most fascinating attractions. The English grandeur of Chatsworth House,Haddon Hall,Hardwick Hall and Renishaw Hall are just a short drive from the property. Guests can meander through the pretty market town of Chesterfield or enjoy the local amenities of Sheffield and Dronfield.</p><p>Guests enter the cottage into a hallway that leads through to the spacious lounge which contains an electric coal effect stove which makes a feature of this great space. The property benefits from geo-thermal heating which makes the rooms warm and cosy. Step through an archway from the lounge into the kitchen-dining area that is fully equipped with all the essentials that guests require during their stay. There's a downstairs bathroom with a bath,shower-over,toilet and hand basin.</p><p>Upstairs there is a spacious main bedroom with a double bed that can be made into two single beds if required and a single sofa bed is available for occasional use. The windows of the bedroom frame the breathtaking views to the front and rear of the property. An en-suite bathroom with a shower,hand basin and toilet perfectly completes this delightful room.</p><p>The second good size bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together to make a double bed. This room also enjoys wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.</p><p>To the front of the property is a beautiful cottage garden with patio seating that enjoys far reaching views and lots of sunshine at the right time of year.</p>
