“Comfortable and convenient apartment in a central location”

The courtyard is a newly built or refurbished apartment block facing the sea front on the Central Esplanade in Douglas. It is warm and comfortable, with lovely kitchen, all mod cons and plenty of hot water. Its easy to negotiate trips round the island either by your own vehicle or public transport. You are also close to shops and entertainment. The apartment complex is secure and has an underground car park with lifts serving each floor. Large TV in the lounge together with TV in the bedroom and outdoor balcony facing the internal water feature and gardens. We enjoyed our stay there and were very comfortable.

5 minutes from town centre, having a parking place is gold . Flat has a lovely feel and was great to come back to at the end of the day. First night having just got off the plane the red wine was most welcome. Looked forward to falling into comfortable bed .

We loved our stay at the courtyard Appts which are beautifully presented and very spacious. Absolutely everything you could hope for is provided in the accomodation and is in a great position to get to all attractions, we went without our car and got around the Island easily. Family group of 4.

The location, standard of accommodation, decor and quality were all of a high standard. Although we didn't have a view over the promenade we had a lovely courtyard to look out on and all inclusions were near new and good quality. The apartment was quiet and close to a range of transport, restaurants, shops and sight seeng options and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent accommodation and well appointed. Plenty of spare linen. Secure entry and designated parking space making life very easy. Own car not neccessary as travelling around island very easy using public transport. Douglas is ideal for a centre base with all amenities within walking distance.

Lovely apartment, perfect Douglas base for the Isle of Man TT. Close enough to the town's lively amenities, but far enough away (5 mins walk) to be sure of a good night's sleep. Located on the sea front, apartment is fully equiped with a modern kitchen, wi-fi, TV/DVD, master en-suite double bedroom and 2 comfortable sofa beds in the living room....plus parking. Much more flexible than a hotel/B&B and would be ideal for couples/families/small groups all year round.
