4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 en suite with spacious accommodation, inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove, beautifully renovated.

There are large secluded gardens with hot tub, fantastic views, games room and stables.

Bilshay Farmhouse has 4 double bedrooms, one of them with an extra bed, as well as 2 en-suite shower rooms and a superbly equipped main bathroom. All bedrooms have zip and link beds so guests have the flexibility to choose whether they have a single or a double. The beds are made up with fresh white crisp linen and decorated with shabby chic furniture, blending in perfectly with the comfortable yet luxurious feel of the house.

There is a large sitting room with comfy chairs and sofas, complete with a TV, DVD player and a cosy inglenook fireplace with a wood burner. WIFI is also available.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a new top of the range gas cooker. The adjoining dining area has a round table ideal for seating large families and the open fire contributes to a lovely cosy feel, especially in the winter months.

The entrance lobby is an ideal space for mucky boots, prams and dogs. There is also an excellent laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bilshay House boasts a large garden with spectacular views and a perfectly positioned hot tub, so guests can relax whilst taking in the beautiful surroundings.

The outside dining area includes seating and a gas barbeque in the summer months - great for eating in the sunshine.

There is also a games room with a pool table and table tennis as well as 2 stables available for those wishing to bring your own horses. Plenty of parking room is also available.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
