In light of current COVID-19 please note that we always deep clean between lets, dismantle and clean the fridge, disinfect switches, handles, doors edges and frames and other high touch points. Once clean the flat is further sanitised using a Bio-Vac machine, as used on Covid wards, to capture and kill air and surface borne pathogens.

Spacious, elegant first floor flat with lovely views and a large balcony, newly refurbished - decorated throughout, new curtains and carpets complete with a new heating system giving each flat individual control. Sited in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, freesat television and wifi. Opening on to a pretty garden with direct access to footpaths and bridleways, leading to vast expanses of NT property. Cycle hire, riding and fishing available locally. Pretty village with a bakers, postoffice & general store and three pubs. Near Dorking, with a 45-minute train journey to London. Convenient for Guildford, Leatherhead & Redhill, M25, Gatwick & Heathrow airports.

Westcott sits in the Surrey Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village nestles between the North Down and Leith Hill (the highest point in the South of England). The walking is wide and various with ancient trackways to the North & South of the property and many connecting paths. Mountain and road cycling are popular locally and bikes can be hired in the village. There is secure storage for bikes at the property.

Dormer Venn has a discrete entrance and is private, cosy, elegant & comfortable. Easy parking a short walk to the front door. Regular trains to London from Dorking, easy traveling to local business districts in Guildford, Crawley, Redhill & Reigate and many National Trust properties. There are many ancient and interesting pubs serving good food and local ales, many with open fires and all manner of restaurants in Dorking.

An excellent fish & chip van visits the village on Saturday night, a wet fish van Tuesday mornings. General stores, postoffice and a bakers in the village and fabulous farm shop a short drive away, selling local meat, dairy, vegetables, fruit, beer & wine and delicious delicacies from Spain.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Louise (the owner) a message.

If Louise (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
