Le logement, d'une surface d'environ 60 m2 est situé à l'étage de la maison des propriétaires (entrée indépendante). Il est destiné à accueillir 5 personnes, avec la possibilité d'une 6ème sur demande. Le gîte comprend une chambre équipée de 2 lits d'une personne dont un en hauteur (ne convient pas aux enfants de moins de 6 ans) et d'un lit en 140 pour 2 personnes, un séjour équipé d'un clic clac matelas confort destiné au couchage de 2 personnes, télévision écran plat, meubles, table et chaises, une cuisine aménagée et équipée (four, plaque de cuisson gaz, micro ondes, frigo avec congélateur, lave-vaisselle, cafetière électrique, cafetière Senseo, bouilloire électrique, grille pains), une salle de bains avec baignoire, lavabo, petit meuble, machine à laver et wc séparé. Vous bénéficiez d'un grand balcon avec table de jardin et fauteuils. Un grand store ban vous protègera du soleil. Des jeux de société et des livres sont également à votre disposition.Le linge de maison, linge de lit et linge de toilette sont fournis. Quelques "consommables" sont fournis pour vous permettre de commencer sereinement votre séjour.Vous bénéficiez d'un accès wifi.Votre véhicule peut être rentré le soir sur la propriété.Le logement est non fumeur, il est possible de fumer à l'extérieur. Vous pourrez bénéficier de la piscine (8x4 mx1.20m) clôturée et sécurisée, à partager avec les propriétaires, vous relaxer sur les transats. Les enfants pourront profiter du jardin en toute sécurité, une balançoire est à disposition. Un barbecue à charbon de bois est à disposition. L'escalier est protégé par un portillon en haut du balcon. Le logement est proche du centre ville avec ses petits commerces et services, ainsi qu'une grande surface (1,7 km) à proximité des commerces. Pour un séjour de détente et de découverte, vous trouverez à moins d'une heure :- Les Baronnies (Nyons, pays des olives et abricotiers)- Avignon (Cité des Papes)- Le Mont Ventoux- La route des vins (Côtes du Rhône)- Vieux villages typiques avec leurs châteaux- Les Gorges de l'Ardèche (canoë kayak, sport de rivière, et visites de nombreuses grottes). Le gîte La Martinière est situé à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques à découvrir. Vous pourrez visiter de nombreux villages perchés, musées, châteaux. Vous pourrez aussi prendre des vacances plus sportives en pratiquant randonnées, baignade, canoë-kayak, escalade, équitation, etc. Donzère se situe dans la Drôme et est proche de l'Ardèche, du Gard et du Vaucluse.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Marie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
