Located on a quiet cul de sac, this 3 bed townhouse is in an ideal location for visiting Dublin.

Internally the accommodation comprises entrance hall with guest facilities off, a large living room with an attractive open fireplace, feature bay window and double doors leading to a dining / kitchen area - this room has double doors to the conservatory and rear yard. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The bedrooms are 1 single room, 1 twin room, and 1 room that can be made up as either a twin or a double room.

We can also supply a double futon which can be used in a downstairs room and can increase the house capacity to 7.

Dublin is situated on the East coast between the mountains and the sea, so it is just a short drive to the beach or to breathtaking scenery & mountain treks. Ireland is world famous for its golf courses so why not get out into the fresh air (Portmarnock links golf course is 35 mins drive away and the "K Club", home of the Ryder Cup, is less than an hour by car). Easy access to major motorways to allow you to explore the rest of the country with ease. We are 40 minutes from Dublin Airport, and about 2 hours from Belfast, Cork, and Galway cities.

East Ireland

The house is in the Dublin suburb of Clonskeagh, very close to a University College Dublin and only a few kilometres from the city centre where you will find theatres, museums, galleries, history, shopping and experience Ireland's famous hospitality & night life. Within 10-15 minutes walk there are a number of bus routes that will bring you directly into the city centre or to Dublin airport.
To the front of the house is a paved area with off-street parking and there is also free on street parking.
