Description

This well built, modern villa is located just 4 kilometers outside the pretty town of Estepona. The house is only a few years old and provides you with everything you need for a comfortable family holiday.

As you enter the villa, you will immediately feel a calm come over you as the entrance hall is remarkably spacious and using only light woods has a very open and airy feel.

From the entrance hall to the right there is the first bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. To the left is the smaller bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a guest toilet and a separate entrance to the lounge area. Through the double doors, there is the kitchen and breakfast area, which also leads into the living room.

The very modern kitchen, with its granite work surfaces, is very well appointed and is fully equipped with all the appliances you would expect to find in a holiday home of this standing … a dishwasher, microwave, large hob etc.

The comfortable living

The very modern kitchen, with its granite work surfaces, is very well appointed and is fully equipped with all the appliances you would expect to find in a holiday home of this standing … a dishwasher, microwave, large hob etc.

The comfortable living room, with its cool colours also benefits from satellite television.

On the first floor, you will find the master suite with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (which has a very large shower enclosure, separate bath and twin sinks). Opposite is the fourth double bedroom. There is a family bathroom on this floor and doors which lead onto a good sized balcony.

Outside the villa, you will find the pretty garden, which is entirely private, and of course the good size swimming pool. The large covered terrace has an outside dining area, sun loungers and some comfortable seating.

In the height of summer the upstairs balcony and the outside covered terraces keep the direct sun out. With the marble floors and cool décor, it all leads to the house maintaining a good temperature.

This villa is about 8 minutes walk to the nearest beaches and is about the same distance from two supermarkets. A foot bridge crosses any busy roads for security.

For convenience, there are also a couple of restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

We would highly recommend this villa and believe it would be most suitable for a large family or two families staying together.

Location description from owner

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol ("Sunny Coast" or more literally, "Coast of the Sun") is a region in the south of Spain, in the autonomous community of Andalusia, comprising the coastal towns and communities along the Mediterranean coastline of the Province of Málaga. The Costa del Sol is situated between two lesser known costas: Costa de la Luz and Costa Tropical. Formerly made up only of a series of small, quiet fishing settlements, the region has been completely transformed during the latter part of the 20th century into a tourist destination of world renown.

It includes the city of Málaga and the towns of Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, San Pedro de Alcántara, Estepona, Manilva, Casares, Rincón de la Victoria, Vélez-Málaga, Nerja, Frigiliana and Torrox. The Costa del Sol extends from the cliffs at Maro in the East to Punto Chullera in the west. Settlement in the region dates back to the Bronze Age, and has been colonised and ruled by many cultures such as the Phoenicians, Greeks, Carthaginians, Romans, Vandals, Visigoths and Moors, before the Reconquista.

Don Pedro

This pretty villa is located just outside the centre of Estepona town in the well established urbanisation of Don Pedro. This is a fairly small urbanization and benefits from being very well kept. The villas here are all in different styles, and this adds to the feel. Across the road from the entrance to the urbanization, you will find the new five-star Gran Elba hotel and to the side of this, the entrance to the beach. I would imagine you could walk to the beach within eight minutes from the villa. The beach is made up of soft sand with the occasional large stone. From here you could walk into the town along the beach which could take about 20 minutes. Quietly discreet (and screened!) to the right of the hotel there is also a small nudist beach should this be your bag.
