Large Traditional beamed farmhouse ideal for families and small groups of friends. There is something for everyone here.

The house is a large comfortable traditional old farmhouse built with local stone. It has beamed ceilings with lots of character and age but the convenience of modern living. Well equipped kitchen farmhouse table in kitchen, dining table in the salon. Central heating and log fire.

The games room has log fire, football table, pool table, TV dvd player, cd player, chesterfield, bar, bar stools, chairs and a fridge for cooling drinks.

The property is situated 1.8 km from the historic Medieval City of Domfront. The local village has a bar, tennis courts, boules pitch and is about a 5 minute walk away. Excellent central location for touring the historic sights of Normandy or visiting the best Normandy has to offer.

The house is surrounded by its own private mature gardens. There are many places to sit and enjoy the natural surroundings and watch the birds and wildlife. There is a fixed bbq area at the bottom of the garden with table and chairs. We also provide a mobile bbq so you can bbq anywhere in the garden. There is a play area with sand pit, swings, and assortment of toys for our younger guests.

The Heated swimming pool 30x15ft is safely located in a private, sunny, secured garden. There are sun loungers and a patio dining area with table and chairs.

The 6 seater, 72 jet, hot tub is indoors and can be used at any time of the year.

We can also provide bicycles.

2 Mins from Carp fishing, 15 mins Trout fishing. Golf 15 mins away.

CHRISTMAS

If you have ever thought of escaping Christmas, this area is not for you! The local villages spend time and money ensuring that you are more than aware that Christmas is approaching. Absolutely magical is the best way to describe a Christmas in France.

We have a degree of decorating at the house, a tree with baubles and a few Christmas decs. Or completely mad and over the top. Sit around the log fire and enjoy a Mulled Wine. The decorations are outside the house as well as in. When you book we need you to tell us which you prefer.

Thinking of New Year?

Domfront has what you want, come and join us while we watch the fireworks with the castle as the backdrop and the fireworks set to music. Again with the Mulled Wine.
