Villa Bartole is a new built villa divided into 4 individual apartments. The villa is situated in the area Beauvallon between St. Maxime and Port Grimaud. In the local area you will find 5 different golf courses, open all year round. 3 beautiful beaches within a distance of 300 metres. At two of the beaches you will find restaurants and bars.

All the apartments are south-facing with view to a large and nice garden, where you can play games, relax, barbeque etc. In the garden there is a nice swimming pool (12 x 6 metres secured with fence). Next to the pool there is an area for playing pétanque. All the apartments have a private south-facing terrace or balcony of 25 m2 with view over the garden. The villa is situated on a closed ground with access through an iron gate. Closed parking inside.

RN 98 is located between the apartment and the beach, there will be traffic noise when staying on the terrace / ground
