The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: king-size with TV/DVD, day bed and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV. Kitchen area with underfloor flagstone heating, electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Outside: patio area with table, chairs and BBQ as well as a further patio with seating at the far side of the gardens. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, robes, electric, bio mass central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: children’s play equipment available on request. Please note, the property features traditional low beams with restricted head height upstairs. Regret no smoking. Location: shops 3 miles pub 1 mile. Arrival: 3pm.
