Our new (2011) modern, spacious holiday 2-Bed apartment with pool in a modern holiday resort in rural Bulgaria 3 km. away from Kavarna. Enjoy the modern facilities adjacent to rural Bulgarian homes with horses, cows, ducks, geese, hens, and other friendly animals next door. A small supermarket within walking distance provides your basic needs. Three of the best golf courses in Europe nearby with great restaurants, one within walking distance (Thracian Cliffs - used in the Volvo annual Golf Tournament).

The apartment is located in the small Bozhurets village in the municipality of Kavarna, 60 km north of Varna, and close to spectacular sea views of the Black Sea. Nearby there are restaurants having plenty of quality dining seating. There is a pool for adults and one for children with sunbeds on a patio for sun bathing.

The apartment has a high standard designed with a sociable open-plan layout. A comfortable sofa area in the living room, and a living room with seating for 6 persons. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and is very well equipped with everything you could need to whip up a quick snack or a full family meal!

The bedrooms have each a twin bed (that may be separated into two single beds) and each bedroom has access to one of the balconys facing the rural Bozhurets. There is air-conditioning in living and bedroom areas.

Enjoy Albena with all its small shops some 30 kms. away on one of the best highways in Bulgaria, the perfect and peaceful place for children with its endless sandy beaches, perfect for the minors.

Or Golden Sands for a myriad of restaurants and night life, the "Sunny Beach" of Northern Black Sea, which is also a National Park, some 25 minutes' drive away.

Or maybe Balchik with its Botanic Garden and choice restaurants, 15 kms. away. Near by is also Cape Kaliakria where you sometimes may watch dolfins play. And always the spectacular views across the bay. Perhaps some bird watching may tempt? A trip to the regional capital of Dobrich may set you back a few levs when visiting the old town with its shops with local craft of pottery and the likes.

And finally, two small supermarkets for your basic needs are within walking distance right up the road from the resort.

Whatever your interests are, there is something for everyone in Bulgaria.

Easily homsick while abroad? In the apartment there is an internet radio where you can listen to your favourite radio staion at home. Or to literally thousands upon thousands of international internet radios. Apple-TV is also installed, where you may access Netflix for free.

The Bulgarian people are renowned for their hospitable nature and you will find them friendly and accommodating, and to say prices in Bulgaria are low is an understatement.
