NEW LISTING. DOG FRIENDLY. A newly renovated bright cosy cottage with a beautiful front and rear south facing garden with unspoilt views. This stunning holiday home is nestled within the picturesque village of Fenton Barns, on the outskirts of North Berwick and is surrounded by world acclaimed golf courses, a beautiful countryside and some of the best beaches in Scotland. The charming East Lothian coast and local amenities are close by enhancing the appeal of our spacious and well-presented home.

The accommodation offers a flexible layout and is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor is an entrance vestibule, welcoming hall, dining room, bright spacious lounge to the rear with two comfy Italian leather couches. There is free WIFI, TV, DVD player and a BOSE sound system ready for your use. The lounge also has patio doors leading directly onto a decked patio and garden with open unspoilt views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and fridge and leads to a utility room with a Belfast sink, freezer and washing machine.

The kitchen has patio doors giving access to the garden and also leads to a rear porch giving access to the garden and driveway area where there is a car port, handy in the colder months to protect your car from frost and ice.

On the first floor there are two generously sized double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized zip and link bed which can be made up as either a king-sized bed or two singles. The second bedroom also has a king size bed. The bathroom is situated on the half landing which has a modern suite with a shower over a bath. Towels and linen are provided.

Outside, our south facing garden gets the sun all day, offering a real suntrap and a peaceful place to relax, unwind and switch off. There is a decked and paved patio area with plenty seating and a picnic table and a large lawn area which offers a lovely open outlook with unspoilt views. We also have a spacious garden to the front where there is an area of lawn and various fruit trees.

The cottage is available in its entirety. It is a cosy holiday cottage, used and loved by us and our family which we would like to share when we're not able to be there ourselves.

We are happy to accommodate one small well behaved dog.

If you can’t make check in times then there is a key safe but we would prefer to meet you there to make sure you have everything you need. We will always be available on the phone during your stay. PLEASE NOTE - change over days are MONDAYS AND SATURDAYS. There may be occasions where we can work outside these days so please get in touch and ask. We will try to accommodate as best we can. if you can't find the dates that you are looking for please contact us. We will be able to accommodate a short break. Minimum 4-5 nights.

Please do not wear outdoor shoes on any carpeted areas.
Check in is between 4-7pm. Vacate by 10am on departure.

Please inform us of any breakages and damage so that we can rectify it.
Dogs are not allowed on any furniture or upstairs and must not sleep on the beds. You must clean up after your dog and keep the garden area clean.
Please do not use the towels provided as beach towels - in-house use only.
No candles allowed- fire risk.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send CAROLINE (the owner) a message.

If CAROLINE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
