Description

Do you want an all out active holiday with loads to do? Or just to chill out with a cool drink? At our penthouse the choice is yours. You have the choice of being the chef or leaving the chors to others and dine at the village or at one of the many restaurants in town. Tan yourself on the balcony or by the horseshoe shaped pool, just bring your own towel. Getting about couldn't be easier, free shuttle bus, local dolmus, taxi, car hire or scooter for the brave!

A lot of the local restaurants provide free taxi service. Ten minute ride gets you to the gorgeous seafront and clean beach of Altinkum. If that is not enough there are two other beaches close by and the fabulous marina. You'll never be able to do all the available boat trips and tours but don't miss the Five Bays Sunshine boat, brilliant and fantastic value at £10 each. Lovely and interesting markets abound, just find out what, when and where.One of the Europe's largest Aqua Parks is only 20 minutes away, great fun for all the family! There is plenty of history near and far if you want it along with interesting towns and sites to see.

“Superbly Comfortable, Clean, Stylish and very well Equiped”

We Booked this apartment for our honeymoon and have both been extremely impressed with our choice. The apartment itself is very well equipped with big flat screen TV A/C in all of the rooms a bathroom for almost every room and a fully stocked kitchen. I personally fell in love with the rotisserie that is provided and was very well fed on home made kebabs :-) We also loved the fact that place itself was extremely clean and everything was kept in pristine condition. The bed was amazingly comfortable and we actually slept better here than we have done at home for a long time. The Apartment is situated on a very quiet complex that has all the amenities you would ever require such as restaurant shop gym and lovely pool. The staff here were all very friendly and couldn't have offered any more further help. It was obvious that the staff here really wanted to make your time spent here as enjoyable as possible. As for the location although slightly out of the main town(10 mins walk) this was never a problem as the apartment has been very well stocked with leaflets and suggestions of very good places to eat and drink, all of which will come and pick you up from the door and drop you back once you are ready. We will definitely be returning here in the near future and would not hesitate to recommend this property in a flash!! when compared to the cost of a hotel this really does offer superb value for money and I would surprised to hear if anyone was to ever have a bad experience. Many thanks for making our honeymoon truly memorable and fittingly relaxing.

Dear Rosie and Keith, We just had to write and thank you for a fantastic stay at your villa last summer. The apartment was beautiful, large, spacious, modern, fantastically equipped and refreshingly clean. It was so lovely not to have to worry about cleaning it and changing the linen as it was all done for us and it was really nice to sit out on the balcony for a barbecue and relax on the comfortable loungers. Everyone at Aquavista made us feel very welcome and we really enjoyed chilling by the lovely pool and having a cool beer at the bar. Can't wait to come back for another visit, as there is so much to see and some truly fabulous beaches. Your apartment proved the ideal base to come back to after a long day in that baking heat - 14 days and not a cloud in the sky; definatly a first for us! Many thanks for a never-to-be forgotten great holiday! The Coombs family. x

This was an exceptional property - clean and spacious with all the extras and amenities you could ask for. The pool area was spotless and not overcrowded. The complex had its own shop and restaurant so no need to go far for the basics required. There's a larger supermarket within walking distance but would suggest a car for sightseeing. Would recommend unreservedly.

4 of us stayed for a week here and it was great! The apartment was spacious and airy, very modern, the kitchen very well stocked, the beds comfortable and the balcony fantastic! The owners were easy to deal with and very efficient. We would definately recommend this apartment.

How do damage deposits work?
