From the owner

'Sunset Grace' was completed at the end of 2014 and sits just a tad over a block from the beach. It has a large, private, heated salt-water pool in the backyard. The house has 7 bedrooms, 6 full baths, and two living rooms (one upstairs + one downstairs). We hope that you'll find it to be comfy & beautiful.

The Space

You’ll enjoy its perfect layout featuring the kitchen, the dining room, and a large living room area downstairs plus 2 first floor bedrooms each with their own full first floor bathroom. Upstairs you’ll enjoy another 5 bedrooms, four more full bathrooms, and a second living room area containing a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. This second upstairs living room will provide a perfect place to relax or play for the toddlers, teens, or afternoon snoozers of your group at times when the downstairs living room is occupied.

Two upstairs porches will provide the perfect place for your morning cup of coffee if you’re not yet ready to sit by the private pool in the backyard. There is ample parking for 10+ vehicles.

Sunset Grace has 23 beds. The sleeping arrangements are as follows:

Bedroom 1: Downstairs. King. Nice & new tempurpedic mattress. Full bath across hall.

Bedroom 2: Downstairs. King. Private full bathroom within bedroom. (Black sea shell comforter)

Bedroom 3: Upstairs. King. Private full bathroom within bedroom. (Purple comforter + fish pillow)

Bedroom 4: Upstairs. King. Private full bathroom within bedroom. (White furniture)

Bedroom 5: Upstairs. Two queens. Private full bathroom within bedroom. (Black furniture)

Bedroom 6: Upstairs. Two queens + 1 Twin. Private door to a shared full bathroom with bunk bed room #7. (Lime sheets + light wood furniture)

Bedroom 7: Upstairs. Two twin/twin bunk beds + 1 toddler bed. Private door to a shared full bathroom with bedroom #6.

- We have two toddler pack-n-plays available upon request.

- We have two full mattresses to place on the floor in any of the bedrooms.

- The upstairs (second) living room has a pullout sofa with a Queen mattress.

Guest Access

- The backyard is surrounded by 6-foot fences for privacy and safety.

- You're welcome to make use of our baby/toddler supplies that we keep on site including bed railings, booster seats, high chairs, step stools, gates for the stairs, pack n plays, etc. Just ask!

    Thank you for your feedback. This is a brand new 3 year old house and we never had issues with circuit breakers. So we took couple of days of problem solving by my maintenance manager . He was there within few hours of your reporting issue and determined it not to be a safety issue. Made fixes and thought he had fixed the issue. Once we realized it was not fixed, we called a licensed electrician. The issue has been fixed now.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Asit (the owner) a message.

    If Asit (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
