The area is a subtropical microclimate, with sunshine on average 325 days of the year. The villa is situated in a quiet area on a small hill, facing south, it is light and cool. It has three bedrooms, each with a private terrace, two bathrooms, a very spacious lounge, american kitchen, dining area. There is also very large roof terrace with sea views, views of Almunecar and the landscape.
