The apartment is in a small gated complex with well tended gardens and fantastic views to the sea. The pool area has several sun loungers and parasols and plenty of space to simply sit and relax.There are 2 stone and brick built barbecues within the gardens. The property is on flat land and easily accessible. There is plenty of spaces for cars.
Check in time 4pm. Checkout time 10am. You are requested to pay a non refundable 25% deposit on booking. Once your deposit has been received and the booking form completed and returned your reservation is secured. We ask that you pay the balance 10 weeks before your date of arrival. You are welcome to pay by bank transfer or through PayPal. PayPal will incur a one off charge of £20 to cover their commission charges.
There will be a £50 cleaning charge per booking.

Kas is a small resort which was once a very important town in Lycia. There are many clean beaches nearby and the watersports are very popular. Scuba diving, Paragliding, trekking, skiing (in winter), loads of fabulous bars and restaurants. Kas has plenty to offer: there are many archaeological sites to visit and which will plunge you back in the past. Also, the scenic roads offer a great way to visit Turkey.Kas is a lovely small harbour town with a bohemian feel to it. Apart from being well serviced for banks,supermarkets etc there are numerous artisan shops selling wonderful hand crafted jewellery, carpets and glassware. It has a fabulous selection of restaurants, cosy cafes, laid back bars and tea gardens. From the harbour you can hire a boat and experience a memorable day sailing to secluded coves for fishing, swimming and snorkelling. Many day trips are available to places such as the Greek Roman and Lycian ruins at Patara, which also boasts a vast stretch of sandy beach, the spectacular natural gorge of Saklikent and for walkers the Lycian way, described by The Sunday Times as one of the ten most beautiful long distance hikes in the world.
