I Terrazzi is an ideal base for exploring this wonderful area of Italy. Skiing, walking, mountain biking, beaches, wildlife, lakes, mountains, shopping, restaurants etc... The house is nestled in a mountainside village just below a medieval castle.

I Terrazzi has been lovingly restored and now includes everything needed for a fabulous and relaxing holiday. It is situated in the ancient heart of the village which is free from traffic, making it an ideal spot for families.

The view from the roof terrace is amazing (far better than the photos!) and it is an ideal spot for sunbathing during the day (it is in full sun all day) or enjoying a drink and a BBQ in the evening.
There are two open log fires to enjoy on cosy winter evenings.

I Terrazzi is arranged over three floors. The lowest floor has independent access (although there is also an internal spiral staircase) to a lobby with an open fireplace leading to a large double bedroom (king size bed) with a balcony, walk in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.

The main living accommodation is on the middle floor as is the main entrance door. You will also find the utility room here (containing - freezer, microwave, washer/dryer iron & board etc.) and a landing leading to the shower room and a double bedroom with a Juliet balcony.There is a large living/dining/kitchen (containing oven, hob, extractor, fridge, dishwasher and plenty of cutlery, crockery etc.) which has a Juliet balcony and gives access to the lower terrace.

The marble clad staircase leads from this main living area to a small lobby with access to the roof terrace and a further two bedrooms, one of which is a twin and leads directly to the roof terrace. The other has a Juliet balcony and an en suite shower room.

The roof terrace has a table chairs and umbrella plus a barbecue.

Please note that you cannot reach the house by car. It is a short but steep walk from the road and car park to the property. For unloading of cases and shopping you can get a car to within 25m then return to the car park 150m away.

Please note that there is a £250 damage deposit. This can be lodged with our local representative and refunded before you leave.

We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking, the balance is payable four weeks before your holiday.

Utility charges, towels and bed linen are included in the rental charge.

The house is only 3 miles away from the main Rome to Pescara motorway, making it very easily accessible.The area is awash with history, nature and culture. On the edge of the Maiella Nat Park one can literally step out of the door and begin to explore Abruzzo the greenest region in Europe and its 1000 castles!
