The scenic Cape Greco National Park is ideal for exploring, walking or cycling. Visit the Sea Cave formations and marvel at the clear blue sea. Wander around one of the many nearby fishing harbours. Why not take a boat trip and explore the surrounding area by sea or take one of the many coastline walks. You'll find the island's best beach locations here including the famous NISSI BEACH (Ayia Napa) and FIG TREE BAY (Protaras). Enjoy meze in a beachside restaurant or an old village taverna. PROTARAS is the main town and you will find everything here expected of a large beachside resort.
KAPPARIS is a quieter satellite area of PROTARAS and is open year round. Kennedy Avenue is the main intersection and this is within a short walk of the apartment as are sheltered beach coves, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. You'll find water sports, viewing points into Famagusta and an aquarium/zoo close by. The local Kapparis / Paralimni BUS service picks up outside the apartment. Out of town buses depart from the main Kapparis roundabout (a short bus ride or 25 minute walk from Elena Court).
PARALIMNI is the main municipality town and a five minute drive from the apartment. It is a quaint area with an historic centre, shopping opportunities and cafe culture.
