A truly charming, luxurious, little gem of a cottage, situated in an idyllic location in the hills above East Looe, with dazzling views over the river and its stunning historic harbour, which lights up at night.

Little Pudding Cottage is wonderfully placed, a quiet oasis just a few minutes’ walk from the bustling centre of ancient Looe with its fine beach, busy harbour, quirky shops, traditional pubs and award winning restaurants .You will never tire of the view of the boats in the harbour from the lounge, kitchen and terrace.

Decorated in a contemporary style, this romantic cottage is modern and stylish. Believed to have once been a Quaker property, the sympathetic restoration brings together the old and the new beautifully. There are all the conveniences of modern living including high speed internet, smart tv with Netflix and a docking station for mobiles.

There is free parking outside the key coded, secure gated entrance to the private annex, which is all on one level. The front door leads into a sleek kitchen with all the modern appliances you will need including washer dryer, built in oven & ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. A welcome pack will greet you, to make that essential cup of tea or coffee after your journey. There is a seating area with a dining table and chairs, and a breakfast bar overlooking Looe harbour and the fishing boats.

Light and airy in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter with the benefit of gas central heating, the relaxing lounge is tastefully decorated and has panoramic views over the harbour. Relax in comfortable three-seater and two-seater settees (one of which converts into a double bed). The double bedroom has a king size comfy bed with 2000 pocket sprung mattress ready made-up with Egyptian cotton bedding, built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The modern, white, en-suite bathroom has wall heating and luxury towels are provided. Guests have the most perfect luxurious squishy night's sleep.

The outside areas are all private and for holiday guest access only. The outstanding feature of the cottage is the truly stunning upper deck. It has a luxurious, contemporary, dining table and chairs, together with matching sun loungers and parasol. The perfect place for a lazy summer lunch, or romantic, alfresco, dining as the sun goes down in all its golden glory, revealing the magical backdrop of the lights of Looe Harbour. On the lower level is a tropical garden, a peaceful haven for reading or quiet contemplation, with shaded seating.
