With views of Haytor Rock from the flat is it conveniently locate just 10 mins off the A38, 20 mins to Newton Abbott ( the nearest station) allowing you easy access to all of Dartmoor and Devon's most beautiful countryside.

This spacious flat has an generous open plan lounge/diner/ kitchen (14ft x 33ft), 2 double bedrooms, plus up to double mattress in lounge or bedroom, parking for two cars, a lovely garden with children's fort (to use at your own risk). With a bath shower room, TV, DVD; pets are also welcome with advance notice with a small extra cleaning fee of £20. This is our home that we rent out, we leave condiments,oils, teas, etc out for your to use as you wish.

Perfect great for ramblers, walkers and cyclists, being the finish line for the recent Tour of Britain cycle race. Leave the car parked and just walk across the road with over a dozen walks just outside your door, including the Templars Way, over to the quarry, up to Haytor, over the hill to the stream and up to Hound Tor and old settlement.

All on one level, making our home easy access with two double bedrooms plus a mattress that can go on the floor in one bedroom or sitting room which take two children or smaller adults.
