Luxury barn conversion to two 5* cottages, each cottage having one double bedroom with en-suite with bath and separate large power shower; sitting/dining room with seating/dining for four, stone fireplace, 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa bed; fully fitted kitchen; oak floors with loose rugs throughout; high quality contemporary oak furniture; patio area with furniture; overlooking open fields with far reaching views; parking adjacent to cottages. All the accommodation is on the ground floor with wheelchair access.

We have a guest fold-up bed, travel cot, high chair and pushchair available for guests' use, if required.

Each cottages is able to sleep two adults and two children (on a sofabed). We also have a Studio available (far left hand side of main photo), which is ideal for extended family of guests staying in one of the cottages. The Studio has a bed/sitting room, separate kitchen and separate shower room and is available at a reduced rate.

The North Wales region

Golly Farm is located in the small hamlet of Golly, surrounded by open fields, ten miles from Chester, eight miles from Wrexham.

Enjoy lovely walks down leafy lanes. Local pubs, wine bar, village shop, bank, chemist and post office two miles away.

North Wales

This area of North Wales offers a wide variety of places of interest and beauty including the Vale of Llangollen, Clwydian Hills, Ceiriog Valley and the Snowdonia National Park.

The area is rich with castles, National Trust properties, historic houses, churches and the interesting market towns of Wrexham, Llangollen, Shrewsbury, Nantwich, Oswestry, Mold and Ruthin. Chester provides a wealth of history incorporating the unique Rows shopping and Roman Walls.

Local attractions include the International Eisteddfod, Llangollen; Point to Point Racing at Bangor and Theatre Clwyd, Mold.
