Welcome to our brand new two bed two bathroom town house. Enter into the living / dining room with sofas, TV, DVD, stereo with iPhone docking, coffee table. To the rear is a dining room table with four chairs. Arched entrance into kitchen which is fully equipped with cooker, oven, fridge and washing machine. The kitchen has all the utensils required for a dinner party! Other arched way in the lounge leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. The double bedroom has double bed with table and lamps. There is also built in wardrobes with plenty of hangers. The bathroom has bath, shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin with light vanity mirror. The second bedroom has two single beds bedside table and lamp. Built in wardrobes provide ample clothes storage. There is also a patio with garden chairs, table, 2 sunbeds and parasol for alfresco dining and a large roof terrace. Additional items include iron and ironing board.

The Hosts (who live on the same estate) will meet you at the property and give you the keys and explain the ins and outs of the house, and how things operate. The hosts will be available to give you assistance if you need it during your stay. If you arrive or depart after 20:00 they will charge a fee of 15 Euros to meet you at the house. They will also require a cleaning fee to clean the house after you leave. The fee is 55 Euros per week for up to 4 persons, additional people are charged 5 Euros each, so, if 6 guests stay, it would be 65 Euros.). A security deposit of 100 euros is paid up front, that will be returned at end of your stay if there are no damages.
An electricity card pre-payment meter is fitted and additional cards can be purchased from your host.
Your host will provide an Airport pick-up (for up to 4 people) and drop-off service for 45 Euros (each way) for Murcia airport and 50 (each way) for Alicante airport if you require it. If you have more than 4 in your party, this will cost an extra 5 euros (subject to vehicle availability).
Changeover: On arrival days, The property will be available after 14:00, and on departure, should be vacated by 10:00. (Note: this is just to give hosts time to clean the house and change and wash the bed linen and towels. By arrangement you can leave your luggage in the house, and if there is no incoming guests you may arrange a later departure, or if there are no outgoing guests you can arrange to move into the house earlier.

Punta Prima lies on the Mediterranean coast some 50 minutes drive south of Alicante aerodrome, and around 30 minutes drive from the mixed military and passenger air field at San Javier, Murcia.
Located on the beach, Punto Prima is a large mixed urbanisation of apartments, townhouses and villas, some 5 kilometres to the south west of Torrevieja.
The local beaches have earned a staggering sixty-seven European Blue Flags and vary from secluded sandy dunes with magnificent pine wood picnic areas to long flat sandy beaches extending many kilometres.
Torrevieja has a fabulous range of facilities, including the lovely esplanade with its outdoor cafes and harbour area - perfect for an evening stroll. It also has many shops, tapas bars and restaurants, which are open all year round, plus an incredible indoor market that sells a huge variety of fresh fish, fruit and vegetables. ??
The Costa Blanca enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by surrounding mountains against the cold North winds in winter. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average temperature easily exceeds 20 degrees.
In 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all year round destination
The house is in a quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking within the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance at the commercial centre Via Park. These include home from home "Spud Murphys" for premium fish and chips and Madissons Sports Bar to watch the match. Also within walking distance are two Chinese restaurants, Ghandis Indian and Puccinis Italian. There is also and "All-You-Can-Eat chinese buffet (WOK Buffet) about 10 mins drive away. About a 20 min walk to the recommended Nautilus restaurant overlooking the sea at Punta Prima.
The sandy beach at Punta Prima is a 15 minute walk from the property. Other beaches within a 10 min drive include, La Mata, Playa Flamenca and the Blue Flag Beach at La Zenia.
For a lively night out, Torrevieja is about 10 mins drive away. The promenade really comes alive during the season and there is a taxi rank right outside the supermarket making access into town very easy.
At Punta Prima, there are numerous golf courses nearby and within one hours drive from the rresort, you will find a suitable course for any standard of player.
Golf Club Campoamor - The fairways are wide & long. The greens & the slopes of the fairways are the challenges.?
Las Ramblas Golf Club - Located between two ravines, next to a luxury housing estate, this course requires the player to use great precision when hitting the ball as both fairways & greens are narrow & demanding. ?
Villamartin Golf Club - The variety of the 18 holes offered by this course is achieved by the excellent design that offers enthusiasts the chance to enjoy using all 14 clubs. Of note are the fast greens which are always magnificently maintained.?
La Marquesa Golf Club - Lying in a valley between two mountains, this course is mainly flat making it very suitable for walking. It has wide fairways interspersed with canals, lakes.?
La Manga Golf Club is only 30 minutes away by car. ??
Leisure & recreation
All manner of water-sports can be pursued in Torrevieja; including wind-surfing, sailing, and para-gliding. The town has further excellent sports facilities including tennis, bowling, athletics, football and paddle. There are literally kilometres of broad well-maintained promenade, which makes it an ideal location for walkers. The great salt lakes nearby are wonderful bird sanctuaries where sightings of herons and flamingos are commonplace.
