THE HOUSE: is located on the first floor with elevator of an ancient palace of the early '900, historical bases of the partisans during the Second World War Liberation. In the heart of the real Florence, in an authentic and not touristic neighborhood.
Spacious and cozy, clean and well connected, the house has recently been completely renovated while maintaining the original structure and charm. The furnishings are all made of antique furniture.
The three rooms are bright, overlooking a green and peaceful inner garden and are all equipped with private bathroom. One bedroom also has an exclusive terrace.
The apartment has two entrances, a living room with modern tiled stove and a brand new fully equipped kitchen.
There are also at your disposal:? heating and air conditioning for each room, satellite TV, wifi and computer, washing machine, hair dryer, coffee maker and espresso “caffettiere italiane” ...

The house is ten minute walking from Central Station “Santa Maria Novella” and close to the new Parco della Musica, the Stazione Leopolda, the Fortezza da Basso (where Pitti Uomo venues-Fashion, Taste-Food Fair, Fabbrica Europa events are made), the large historic park of the Cascine and the Lungarno. It is also very well connected to the rest of the city with nine bus lines (17, 22, 23, 29, 30, 35, 57, C2, C3), Lazzi, Sita and the new tram.
The neighborhood is full of restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias, bars, theaters (Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, Puccini), cinemas (with films in original language), health and fitness centers and swimming pools (Virgin, Savasana, Le Pavoniere).
