A complimentary 24/7 on street parking permit is provided for the duration of the stay but there is also a space for parking a small car at the rear of the property which is for the use of this apartment.

Apartment 1 is on the ground floor, wheelchair accessible self-contained apartment with a private secure rear block paved courtyard garden. Family bedroom ( 1 double bed and 1 single bed), living room with sofa bed (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children as not a full size double) and French Doors to outside area, kitchen/breakfast room, shower room.
It has waist height light switches and sockets and appropriately placed hand rails and a pull down toilet rail. A raised toilet seat and shower stool and portable wheelchair ramp are available on request. N.B - Non wheelchair users with mobility issues, please note there is 1 step to kitchen with a hand rail but the ramp is still available if required.
There is a small parking area within the outside area accessible from an alleyway at the rear of the property which can be used if required and is suitable for smaller sized cars at the owners own responsibility. However, most customers make use of the complimentary 24/7 parking permit. provided for the duration of the stay.
Parking - Each booking comes with up to 2 x 24/7 on street public parking permits for the duration of the stay. Parking bays are located in the street that the property is situated in and the permit can also be used in any available parking bay in Control Zone B in Bridlington . Additional parking permits are available to buy on request at cost price.

Duvets and pillows are provided as standard. Whilst linen is provided please note that this is an optional extra (see later for more details and prices). Customers are welcome to bring their own bed linen and towels to keep their costs down should they wish.
Up to 2 small/medium dogs are accepted in Apartment 1 except for summer school holiday season & key Spa event weekends
A travel cot and high chair can be loaned subject to availability at no charge.
