"Les Terroirs" is a charming house tastefully renovated, located between the center of La Couarde and the beach (of Anneries), quiet, surrounded by greenery and secluded. The straight house contains a separate studio with a large bedroom. Triple exposure (east, south and west) on a plot of 600 m2 with landscaped garden and a wood terrace.
Large living room with parquet floor (42 m2) facing south and communicating with the terrace. There are four bedrooms (one with a bed of 160 cm x 200 cm, one with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), one with twin beds and another with bunk beds), two bathrooms with showers and three separate toilets.

The île de Ré is situated in the Charente-Maritime, on the west coast of France, in the middle of Atlantic coast, near La Rochelle.
