Lovely newly renovated two bedroom detached cottage with garden, close to the Rodwell Trail, pleasant walk to harbour.
Sleeps 4. On the ground floor there is a lounge and large kitchen diner with patio doors opening onto the patio. There is a large patio area opening onto the garden. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave and washing machine. On the first floor there is a newly fitted bathroom with bath and shower above. There are two bedrooms one with double bed the other has twin beds.

Rodwell Trail 0.2 mile. The Rodwell Trail is a 3.4 km walk/cycleway along the route of the disused Weymouth to Portland Railway from the centre of Weymouth to Ferrybridge in Wyke Regis which spans the world famous Fleet Lagoon and links the Isle of Portland to the mainland. It is part of National Cycle Route 26 which extends southward to the Weymouth & Portland National Sailing Academy, the country's premier sailing venue and host venue for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic sailing events.
