The rooms are equipped with wifi.Issigeac is defined by its architecture but it's not a museum. It's a vibrant, busy village with a bustling Sunday market, perhaps the best market in the whole of the Dordogne. This should not be missed on any account. The village boasts five restaurants and three pavement cafes, art galleries, interesting boutiques, fine wine merchants and a complementary therapies centre. It somehow manages to be both a tourist attraction and a working village. Issigeac is surrounded by beautiful countryside, perfect for walking. Or perhaps you would prefer taking a leisurely drive along winding, peaceful country lanes, through the sunflower fields and the vineyards, ending with wine tasting at a 16th century chateau.
