A spacious split level apartment near all the sights of London easily reachable by a variety of modes of transport from one of the famous London buses less than 2 minutes away to tubes and trains or even by boat from Putney along The Thames.

It is equally convenient for exploring the countryside and locations such as the historic town of Kingston-upon-Thames, Henry VIII's Hampton Palace. Richmond Park, Windsor Castle, or for those wishing to see a little bit more of England, Brighton is less than 1hr 20 mins away by train or car.

Local shops and night life are within a ten minute walk yet so too are Putney Heath & Wimbledon Common.

The house is equipped for all your needs including TV in every room with an extra wide screen TV in the living room along with a Wii. There is also a computer with internet with ready links for transport (including the boats) and places of interest.

Three bedrooms have double bed and two have single. All beds will be freshly made up with covers, duvets and pillows with towels for personal use laid out too. A cot or cots are available on request and there is no additional charge for a child or children under two years.

The kitchen has a washer dryer, oven & hob, grill, microwave, fridge freezer and all your kitchen needs:

Plates, cups, glasses, openers, cleaning products, (including waste bags, kitchen towels and soap, rubber gloves)

When you arrive the kitchen will be stocked with teas, coffee, organic milk, sugar, salt and pepper. There will even be some croissants available if you need a snack after your journey.

Currently table with four chairs, but table for eight with chairs can easily be arranged. High chairs are also available upon request.

There is a bathroom with a bath, toilet, basin and power shower upstairs and a toilet with basin downstairs. Towels, toilet rolls and air freshener will be stocked in both.

Supermarket deliveries or a variety of takeaways can be easily arranged, so too can a cleaner (who can also wait for any supermarket deliveries) or a driver or drivers for the day, part of a day or a single journey (including to and from the airport).

Prices work out at less than £18 per person per night during the low season or £22 per night during the summer season (based on 8 sharing)

A CELTA qualified EFL guide is also available and a CELTA qualified English language teacher can also be arranged.
