Guests have an access to the leaving room, the kitchen and the bathroom, no access to the bedroom. Nobody stays in the apartment but the guests. Unlimited WiFi but there is NO TV license - WARNING- you'll be fined if you do watch live broadcasts!
DESCRIPTION OF THE FLAT:
Charming Victorian 1st floor flat within 10 min walk from town square. It has a large living room with high ceiling, and is equipped with high quality John Lewis furniture. There is a durable 4-seat sofabed (King size, very comfortable and easy to open and fold), oak table with its 2 chairs, Edwardian style book case with books and DVDS. There is a separate large kitchen, large bathtub with a manual shower head attachment to the hand basin. There is no baby cot, but you are welcome to bring yours.
Beddings, shower gels, shampoos, towels/beach towels, essential toiletries, picnic blanket, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, hair straightener, you name it - everything provided.
As this a a residential home and not for profit purposes, everything you use - I use, so please do treat it as if you live at your own apartment. There is a £100 deposit for damages etc and will be refunded after checkout. Many thanks.
Theres is no allocated parking space for the guests but 'first come first serve' basis along the residential streets, or accross the road there is a parking space for less than £5 a day.
A short walk from the property and guests will find themselves in the heart of Bournemouth, home to many attractions and activities to keep visitors of all ages occupied. Take a stroll along the pier and promenade or lose yourself in the Lower gardens adjacent to the sea and leading to the Central Gardens which host events and exhibitions throughout the year. For a birds' eye view of the striking coastline and surrounding countryside take a flight on the Bournemouth Balloon or keep your feet firmly on the ground by shopping amongst the boutiques. After a busy day spend an evening treating your taste buds to an array of cafes and restaurants or take in a show at the Bournemouth International Centre or the Pier Theatre, or the Pavillion.
Take time to also explore the surrounding area with many natural highlights including the New Forest National Park and the Jurassic Coast, home to stunning coastal formations and the iconic Durdle Door. Take a day trip to Portsmouth and visit the war ships at the historic dockyard or spot some Olympians in training at Weymouth which hosted to the 2012 Olympic sailing events.
