Built in 1850 West View is a mews cottage which has been moderrnised and refurbished to a high standard making it an ideal base for an Isle of Wight holiday. It is close to the beaches, opposite the tennis club, central to all the shops and attractions of Ryde, 10 minutes walk from the cross Solent ferry, bus and train terminals. Particularly attractive for those without personal transport.The cottage is designed to sleep four in two twin bed rooms with plenty of storage space.. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with everything needed for the self caterers needs. The comfortable lounge includes a flat screen TV and DVD player. The bathroom is upstairs and has bath with shower over. Outside is a furnished enclosed patio garden which is a great sun trap. Free Wi Fi available. It has been presented with a Gold Standard Award by " Visit England". Pets are welcome and parking is in the public car park 3 minutes away and next to the tennis club. Please note: Being an old cottage the stairs are quite steep with a half turn in the middle.
