The flat has a fully equipped kitchen (including up to date recipe books) and a table for sitting down to eat breakfast in comfort. An iron and ironing board are available. There are laundry facilities in the downstairs porch (an automatic washing machine and a Belfast sink). Comprising three large bedrooms, a single, a twin bedded room and a double, with plentiful storage and gas central heating with extra oil filled radiators. The apartment is suitable for 5 people to stay, there is a futon available if the party is 6 and there is a baby cot if needed. There is a shower room with a large ample shower, a large shower head to drench and a wand shower so that children can by accommodated. There are wash basins and mirrors in the shower room and the separate toilet. The sitting room / lounge has comfortable seating for a relaxing evening either watching the television or watching a DVD and wifi is available. There is also a dining table in the sitting room. Games and reading matter (both fiction and guide books) are provided. Sheets, duvet covers and towels are provided. It is very comfortable for short or long stays.

A fantastic area to visit. Chesterfield is an historic market town with the Church of St Mary and All Saints better known as the Crooked Spire Church which is a prominent land mark. Situated on the borders of the Peak District National Park and in Derbyshire there are many places to visit and enjoy in the Area. Easily accessed by road, rail and air. The Peak District National Park is one of the oldest national parks in England and it is spectacular with many places to walk, climb or cycle. Close to Chatsworth House the original home of the Cavendish family and present the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The Elizabethan Hardwick Hall built by Bess of Hardwick is also in the vicinity, The Manners family Elizabethan home of Haddon Hall is close by between Bakewell and Rowsley, near to Matlock and Matlock Bath.
