This newly refurbished apartment is available from Dec '16 and replaces the one we previously ran to Oct 16 (do look at the reviews for our service). It is in a beautiful bow fronted Grade II Listed building with the sea at the end of the road. It is freshly decorated throughout in silver, white and dove grey and furnished to accommodate up to 6 people (plus a cot if required). It's central location and luxury furnishings make it the perfect place to enjoy Brighton.
The apartment opens into a large hallway with doors to all rooms. To the left is the fabulous open plan living space with a chandelier, beautiful fireplace and floor to ceiling windows in the bow fronted bay at the front of the property. It is decorated with Laura Ashley wallpaper, paint and curtains in colours of dove grey and chalk white. There are two large grey velvet sofas, one of which folds out into a sprung double bed, so up to 2 people can sleep in the lounge. There is also a dining table and 4 upholstered dining chairs. A further two chairs are available to seat groups of up to 6. A Smart TV and free wi-fi are also supplied. The kitchen leads off from the lounge and has dove grey units. It is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge with all the crockery, utensils and cutlery you need to self-cater in comfort. A separate utility cupboard houses the washer/dryer (and freezer), so that this is out of the way.
Bedroom 1 is a luxurious room and has a beautiful upholstered bedstead with a top of the range pocket sprung mattress. It has a hanging rail and a chair and a large mirror beneath and a lovely bay window dressed with satin curtains. There is room to add a cot if required. Bedroom 2 also has an upholstered double bed with a luxury pocket sprung mattress. It has a built in wardrobe for storage, a mirror, a chair and a pretty window. All beds have luxury bed linen and towels are supplied for all guests.
The shower room is newly fitted with a double power shower, a basin, W/C and heated towel rail.
The apartment is newly carpeted throughout, except for the bathroom and kitchen which have tiled floors.
This apartment offers a beautiful seafront stay at very competitive prices - We offer significantly discounted prices for mid-week bookings - all with no additional booking fee. Unlike many properties, the damage deposit is taken at start of holiday (by credit or debit card which is refunded at the end of your stay)- no need to pay it in advance. If you are planning a longer stay please contact us for an extra 50% off a third weekend night or 4 nights for the price of 3 (to include 2 weekend nights). There are also lower rates for smaller groups and midweek stays of more than 3 nights and 10% of last minute bookings made within 7 days of the start of your stay so do get in touch if you would like a tailored price. The reduced prices available for parties of up to 4 people are based on the 2 double beds being made up. If you would like further bed linen for the sofa beds I am pleased to supply it for you for £20 per stay (this is included in the booking price for 5 or more guests). Children under 2 stay for free if you are bringing your own cot and bedding. If you would like a cot and high chair supplied please let me know and I will be pleased to arrange it for is £20 per stay.
The apartment is a great place for families or friends to stay together. It can also be a lovely and inspiring place to work. It is within walking distance of all major Brighton attractions and so there is no need for a car during your stay, Brighton mainline train station is a 5 minute taxi ride. If you do drive, daily parking permits are available for £10 per day (please contact me in advance) or there is on street parking is available on the nearby street called The New Steine for £10.40 per day which is the cheapest daily meter parking in central Brighton. There is also a small multi storey car park nearby on the High Street. We live in the city and know it well, we can help with restaurant reservations, recommendations, ideas for days and nights out etc. We want to make your stay in Brighton fantastic and will be on call throughout your stay. Tea, coffee and wine will be awaiting your arrival at the flat.
Please note that this Holiday Rental has moved from a property around the corner and so the guest reviews before October 2016 relate to the former location. This Apartment is a higher specification and as before is in a residential block where guests are expected to be considerate of the other residents. Please bear this in mind and appreciate that noise restrictions apply after 10.30pm, by which time those wishing to party will no doubt be out enjoying all the great nightlife Brighton has to offer. In the unlikely event that we have to deal with noise complaints during the night a charge will be made for our time. The damage deposit is usually £200 and is returned at the end of your stay.

Brighton is a fun and fabulous city. There is some sort of festival almost every month from the famous Pride to the comedy festival in October, and the Arts and Fringe festival in May. It is full of interesting and independent bars shops and cafes and has the stunning and iconic seafront which includes the vibrant Palace Pier which has fireworks at 10pm every Saturday, the ghostly West Pier, the i360, the beautifully restored Victorian Bandstand and many other statues and monuments. There are a wide range of venues from the large Brighton Centre to the tiny Latest Music Bar with something for everyone. The Komedia is the most popular comedy venue in the South and has shows all through the week and weekend.
The apartment is in the friendly and vibrant Kemptown district of Brighton. It is diverse and eclectic and has a welcoming village feel. It is very close to the Brighton Pavilion which has the Brighton Museum in it's gardens. It's old stables were themselves so grand that they have been turned into the Brighton Dome - a great venue for concerts, ballet and plays. Behind this is the famous Laines shopping district of Brighton, all of which is within easy walking distance of the apartment. If you would like to venture further up the beach to Hove we have a Beach Hut there that we rent out on a daily or weekly basis.
