Free roadside parking for additional vehicles at the end of the driveway. Train station within 10 minutes walking distance with easy access to London and Manchester. Manchester airport is about 40 minutes away by car or direct airport bus. The Peak District is well known for cycling, walking and climbing. We can arrange guided walks with local experts at all levels from a gentle amble to hilly trek training. Easy access to other Derbyshire and Staffordshire villages and attractions including Chatsworth House, Matlock, Bakewell, and Alton Towers make it great for families of all ages.Please note we are sorry but the property is not suitable for anyone unable to climb stairs as the only access is via the tower staircase.We do not have wi-fi but the signal is very good for you to use your own G3/G4 phones/dongles as a hotspot or BT hotspot who charge per day or may be free if you have BT braodband at home. Most pubs and restaurants have free wi-fi when you are out and about too.We pride ourselves on making our guests stay special and believe our place is a truely lovely place to stay.
