A high quality first floor apartment in a peaceful area yet only a minute to the main beach.

Situated in a quiet area of Puerto Pollensa, Apartment Hannah has proved extremely popular, with a high proportion of guests rebooking.

Apartment Hannah is one of nine apartments situated around an attractive pool (with separate toddler section).Every effort has been taken to make the apartment as comfortable as possible. The apartment is bright and airy and has a new highly efficient air conditioning/heating system. The apartment was newly refurbished recently with new sofas, coffee table, double bed and a lovely new bathroom. The lounge/dining room opens on to the south facing balcony which is 6.7 metres (22 feet) long, with 2 cafe tables and 6 chairs. This overlooks the pool (with children's section). To the rear of the building the view is of a villa's garden (with lemon trees!) and of the mountains in the distance. Apart from the usual appliances the modern kitchen also has a microwave, ice bucket, cafetiere, iron, toaster and cool box for picnics. There is a flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player/ CD radio. There are three bedroom in the apartment. The main double bedroom has a contemporary en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two single beds with patio doors on to the balcony with pool view. Bedroom 3, with attractive soft furnishing has two single beds and plenty of space for a travel cot. Bedroom 2 and 3 share the new contemporary family bathroom. Two hairdryers are supplied for the use of guests.No charge is made for the use of a high chair and travel cot. On your arrival, complimentary Cava, toiletries, water,tea,sugar, coffee are provided in the apartment. (Larger welcome packs with breakfast included can be arranged through Ideal Property Care.) On 2 week holidays a mid stay clean on the Friday is included in your rental price.The apartment has its own car park with designated space.There is a safe in the apartment.

The Balearic Islands region

About 45 minutes drive from Palma, in the north of Mallorca lies the picturesque resort of Puerto Pollensa. This lovely resort retains the charm and character of the small fishing village that it once was. There are no high rise buildings to spoil the sky line, just a wealth of pleasant bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. There is a long sandy beach with a promenade leading to the centre of the resort. For boating enthusiasts there is a swish marina with a smart restaurant, open to holiday makers. The charming old town of Pollensa is a ten minute drive from the apartment. With its wonderful old churches, medieval buildings, quaint back streets and colourful markets, the town is certainly worth a visit. For those wishing to explore the island there is Palma's gothic cathedral and also the beautiful hillside towns of Valldemosa and Deia. Visit Soller and take the train through the orange groves or stop for lunch in a quaint Mallorcan village. There is so much to see!

Port de Pollenca

The south sandy beach area is a great location for the discerning holiday maker. The apartment is in the area where the Hotel Uyal is located. It is a lovely quiet area but also handy for the beach. Stand in our car park, walk 25 yards in one direction and you can see the sea and beach (we are approx second line to the beach).There are two lovely local restaurants at hand. Pepe welcomes you like an old friend to his Spanish restaurant and bar and on the corner there is Swing Restaurant with it s fine rice dishes. There is also a friendly gin and tonic beach bar nearby. The mini market for all your day to day needs (bread and croissants baked daily) is a four minute walk from the apartment. A water sport school is based on the main beach (banana boats, windsurfing etc) . You can fish from the small pier. Local activities cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, mountaineering, paragliding, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing
