Take a relaxing break in our beautiful 3 bedroomed cottage on a select development of privately owned modern holiday cottages set within award winning south facing landscaped gardens, with use of leisure facilities - tennis courts, gym, spa pool, jacuzzi, sauna, solarium, bar/cafe bar, internet access, launderette. Tricklebrook Cottage is a leisurely walk to either of the beautiful Maenporth or Swanpool beaches (home of the quirky ice-creams!) Within walking distance or just a five minute drive the centre of the seaside town of Falmouth with its host of good restaurants, boutique shops and art galleries. We recommend a visit to the superb new National Maritime Museum and historic Pendennis Castle. A perfect central location for exploring the whole of Cornwall.

Falmouth is acknowledged to be one of the most attractive resorts in the whole of the country. Boasting three safe sandy beaches and the second largest natural harbour in the world. You can enjoy fabulous watersports of every kind - sailing, fishing, diving, windsurfing and surfing. Play golf, sunbathe on the beach or visit a local attraction such as the superb National Maritime Museum and historic Pendennis Castle.

Falmouth Town Centre offers a host of facilities and entertainments - good shopping, art galleries, cinema and entertainment of all types. Seafood is a speciality and there are many fine restaurants and pubs to visit. Rick Steins Oyster Bar and Fish & Chip Restaurant/Take Away is situated near the National Maritime Museum.

FIRST FLOOR BATHROOM comprises Bath with Power Shower over, Washbasin, WC, Heated Towel Rail.

GROUND FLOOR CLOAKROOM comprises WC, Washbasin, Heated Towel Rail.

KITCHEN: Open plan kitchen comprises the main items of Oven, Hob, Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher and Microwave and comes fully equipped with all crockery, glasses and cooking utensils required for a home from home.

LIVING ROOM AREA: Real Wood Flooring to the ground floor compliments the lovely open plan socialable Living Area which comprises two Sofas - a triple and a twin, Coffee Table, Combination Television/DVD and Freeview mounted on a stand, Rug. A shelf unit stores books/games.

The open plan Living/DINING ROOM overlooks the private patio - perfect for alfresco dining and is accessed through double patio doors from the living area. The dining area has a dining table and six chairs. A highchair is also available at the cottage.

All Bedlinen and kitchen teatowels are included in the cost of your holiday - and are changed weekly.

Towel hire is available for a small charge. Please bring your own beach towels.

Pets are allowed (charges apply) from 1st October through until Easter Sunday of the following year.

Free Internet Access (WiFi) is available at the cottage.

Onsite leisure facilities - tennis courts, gym, spa pool, jacuzzi, sauna, solarium. In addition and exclusive to guests staying at Tricklebrook Cottage, unlimited use of the swimming pool, spa pool and gym is offered at a nearby 4* Hotel just a 5 minute drive from the cottage. (Specific times for pool use for children). Discounts also apply to food at the hotel and spa therapies.

Guests staying at Tricklebrook Cottage are advised that the on-site facilities including the leisure facilities of Tennis Court, Plunge Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Café/bar facility, Children’s Play Area and any other facilities that may be provided on the holiday development are for the exclusive use of guests staying at the holiday development. The Landlord of the development reserves the right to remove or reduce the facilities offered without notice. Tricklebrook Cottage cannot guarantee that all facilities will be available and guests making holiday bookings at Tricklebrook Cottage should be aware that bookings are made on this basis

Nearby: beaches, Falmouth Golf Course and Falmouth Pitch and Putt. Watersports are available at both Swanpool and Maenporth Beaches The renowned Indaba Restaurant overlooks Swanpool Beach - perfect view of the coastline and Pendennis Castle.

No trip to Falmouth is complete without a walk to Maenporth. An easy route along a country lane taking approx 20-30 minutes. Or just over a 5 minute drive. The Cove Restaurant is worth a visit.
