Bron y Bryn Country Lodge is situated in a tranquil area of outstanding beauty situated amongst the rolling countryside of Bryniau {hillside} overlooking the North Wales Coast stretching as far as LLandudno and Snowdon you can see the Isle of Anglesey on clear days whilst.It is only a short distance from the seaside town of Prestatyn which has a lot of local shops Pontins Holiday Camp and the new shopping complex inc Marks and Spencer,Next,Tesco,River Island and Tesco and is within easy access of the A 55 link road expressway.There are six very spacious luxury en suite bedrooms,a wet room with underfloor heating. A laundryroom,A magnificent semi circular lounge conservatory with full size pool table free play ,which overlooks the Snowden/Clwydian Range and the Irish Sea,plus a further front lounge with real log fire.with two semi circular setees,with ample space for guests to sit and relax in the evening with a roaring fire after a long day sightseeing.
Only one mile from the sea. and Prestatyn Town Centre Pontins Holiday Camp and a lovely clean sandy beach.Large patio area for sunbathing.with seating for 12.with fabulous views of Dyserth Mountain and Snowdon and Llandudno.The charming small village of Dyserth with its lovely picturesque waterfall and tiny cafe serving homemade cakes is not far from the house and the charming village of Gwaenysgor with its duck pond and village medeival church which is mentioned in the Doomsday Book.A lovely village pub and Restaurant which has a courtesey car .
A very warm and comfortable country house with all 6 bedrooms on the ground floor all are en suite and a very high standard of decor .(There is a facility for an EXTRA BEDROOM no 7 please discuss charge and availability with the owner. or the 3 bed annexe making sleeping for 18 )New underfloor heated wet room as an extra as all bedrooms have showers.some with electric showers.Utility room.(view trip adviser comment)This Prestatyn cottage has two very large spacious lounges which offer a wonderful ambience for that special family get together

The conservatory lounge being a 40ft semicircle also offers a spectacular view of the Snowdon Mountains and the Irish sea stretching out on clear days to the Isle of Anglesey in the far distance.This lounge has a full size pool table and a football game table.This has seating for 18.having seats all the way around the bay and 2 three seater setees
From this Prestatyn cottage you can view magnificent sunsets and sunrises,the cows, pheasants and foxes in the nearby fields are a delight for children or city dwellers.Many coastal walking paths nearby including Offas Dyke Path.Gop Hill.
This cottage is in a very peaceful and quiet rural location but close to all amenities,shops, post office, banks ,squash and fitness centres and golf clubs facilities.Pubs and restaurants.
The lovely little village of Dyserth is only a short distance with it magical waterfall that you can climb up to the top of the falls.have a cream tea in the little cake shop or visit the local pub.The old village church of St Mary Magdelene at Gwaenysgor is mentioned in the Doomsday Book ,There is also a quaint villge duckpond where the children can feed the ducks and swans.The wonderful scenic waterfall and tea shoppe at Dyserth and many other fascinating places are but a stones throw away from your base.Several golf courses are nearby.Ramp access if required .One room has a grab rail.

The property is situated in a beautiful rural hamlet of just a few properties and has magnificent views of the beaches and Snowdon range mountains.The Clwydian Hills in the distance.
Lovely country walks and lots of interesting places to visit.
The two lounges and two conservatories overlook the vast Vale of Clwyd and Snowdon Range.In the distance the beautiful Irish Sea glistens in the splendour of the evening sunsets which at times can take your breath away.There is a ramp access giving easy acces for persons with mobility difficulties.
It is a haven for meditation and relaxation seminars as the only sounds are noises of the sheep and cows grazing in the nearby fields the fantastic sunsets and coastal views are breathtaking.
A lovely well equipped country house (and annexe sleeping an extra six persons if required at extra cost)with all rooms accessible for assisted disabled guests throughout both properties.Fabulous for short winter breaks.This Prestatyn cottage is a wonderful rural retreat in the stunning Welsh Countryside.Not the cheapest but one of the best.! Five star accommodation at a 4 star price.Please note some showers are electric and others is advised not to use all showers at the same time and use the wet room with underfloor heating.The garden is on a slope and does not have a grass area but the patio has ample space with seating for 16 people However the lovely sandy blue flag beach of Prestatyn and Ffrith are very close by.Plenty of eating venues provide transport to the cottage.

Prestatyn is a very small but vibrant town with a lot of nice eating places,and a fabulous blue flag safe sandy beach.It has many Good Pub restaurants and ,Chinese ,Indian ,Balti,Tappas,There are many local festivals ,May Day ,Gala Day,Kite flying,local tennis courts and squash courts and fitness spas.New complex Marks and Spencer.River Island.Next.and many other stores.
Vintage Car Rally,Flower Shows and many more during the year.The Ffrith Beach now offers an excellant Tappas Bar and amusements for the children and a small ice rink and attractions.Nova Swimming and health complex.RCentre facility bing only 7 miles away.Several local health and fitness centres nearby.Pontins holiday camp only one and a half miles from the property
