The Skol building is one of the long-standing holiday complexes on the Costa and although was constructed over 30 years ago, most of the apartments have been completely modernised and refurbished.
All have several English TV channels from the community satellite dish. The Skol which was originally built as one of the top hotels in the area is right on the sea-front with unobstructed views to North Africa and Gibraltar, with only the beautiful marble promenade, between you and the beach.
The two main pools and children's pool are surrounded by mature lush semitropical gardens. In the grounds there is an excellent Snack Bar – Restaurant, which is normally open from breakfast to sunset in the high season
All types of Restaurants and bars are practically on the doorstep.
The TAXI rank is immediately behind the building with shops and supermarkets only minutes away.
It is generally recognised as the best position in Marbella.
