PROPERTY:Downview cottage's stable door opens into the dining room with a beautiful oak dining suite that can seat 6. The lounge that is decorated with white washed cobbed walls and rich blue surfing theme photo prints, the lounge has two comfortable leather sofas, two easy chairs, TV, DVD player, I pod docking station, and also a stereo system.Into the separate utility room that has a standalone fridge/freezer and washer dryer. Leading into a quaint galley kitchen with fitted wooden shaker units and blackened work surface. items found in the kitchen are an electric oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the usual cooking implements, cutlery and crockery one would need while on holiday in Croyde. Downstairs there is a modern white bathroom suite which includes bath with electric shower, washbasin, W.C and a wall mounted mirror.Curved traditional cottage staircase leads to the landing and the two bedrooms in the cottage.The master bedroom has a wardrobe, bedside table, reading lamp a double bed and single bed with wall mounted reading lamp. Bedroom two is a twin room with a wardrobe, bedside table, reading lamp and views overlooking the rear garden terrace. OUTSIDE SPACETo the rear of Downview cottage provides a patio area with a raised dark brown stained decking terrace and garden furniture for the ultimate relaxation. Steps from the decking lead up to the large fully enclosed lawned garden which is perfect to watch the children play.This cottage also has secure surfboard and wet suit storage.
