This spacious ground floor 1 bedroom 1 bathroom self catering apartment is well equipped and has direct access to a large, tranquil garden ideal for relaxing with a wine after a day's visit to nearby historic towns and villages. It is within an easy walk of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket, banks and public transport, a car is not essential. In the summer evenings the town's people stroll through the main street for their 'passagata', sit at a streetside bar & watch as the locals parade - better still join in.
In addition to the bedroom/bathroom there is a kitchen/dining room which opens directly onto a terrace and the garden.
It is a short walk to the information office, museum, cathedral, swimming complex, car parks, bus & train stations. Cooking lessons, BBQ and a cot are also available.

Sansepolcro' s population is 15,000. The town has many shops including 6 supermarkets within the immediate area. It is in the fertile river valley of the Tiber River. An ideal place from which you can visit the nearby towns & villages of Citta de Castello, Anghiari, Montecasali, Arezzo, Perugia.

The Sansepolcro Festa - the Balestra - a crossbow competition against Gubbio, is held in the town square each year on the second Sunday in September. On the first Sunday of each month there is a huge Antique Fair in Arezzo.


Sansepolcro is on the upper reaches of theTiber River - good for fishing & swimming. walk in the foothills of the Apennines.Market day is Tuesday morning each week with smaller markets on Thursday & Saturday mornings. During the summer there are many free evening concert in Sansepolcro & Anghiari. In 2012 the Pope visited Sansepolcro as part of the towns celebrations for its millennium 1012-2012. In 2013 the 9th stage of Giro d'Italia started in Sansepolcro & finished in Florence. So we are only a bike ride from Florence???
